About me
I am a Mumbai-based business journalist.
I am constructively critical of myself, my life and what I do. I am always looking for the next big step in my life so I can be better than what I was yesterday. Granted, I hit multiple roadblocks along the way. Do they get best out of me? Sometimes. But I still keep trying.
Currently, I am working as a business journalist for Reuters. I am responsible for India's debt market reporting including writing spot stories, news features and breaking stories.

I received a Postgraduate Diploma in Print Journalism from the Indian Institute of Journalism & New Media and a B.A. in Economics from Fergusson College.

I have been reporting since I was 17, and I have worked with multiple Marathi and English newspapers and magazine.

I constantly seek opportunities that allow me to do what I love, which is reporting, writing, researching and interviewing people.

I have a deep drive to study and write about sustainable development, responsible investing and impact investment. I believe that sustainable development is possible. These issues matter to me, and the people I speak to and this planet do, too.

I am also a certified trainer in hatha yoga and can be found mastering challenging yoga poses when I am not busy chasing news stories.

In my free time, I enjoy watching US political shows and crime thrillers, reading, thrifting, taking naps and overthinking.

Also, I love elephants, often more than I do humans.
